Dulux Paints, situated at 93 Keil Drive South, Chatham, ON N7M 3H2, wanted to enhance its storefront windows' visual appeal and functionality. 

Faced with the challenge of large windows covering a significant portion of the storefront and an empty partial wall directly behind them, Dulux Paints aimed to obscure the view from outside while maintaining ample light penetration and visibility from within. They also sought to leverage the window space for branding and potentially incorporate sun control features. Having previously collaborated with Windsor Window Imaging, they turned to Rusty and his team for a solution.

The Solution

Understanding Dulux Paints' unique needs, Windsor Window Imaging proposed a comprehensive solution utilizing 3M Perforated Graphics. 

These graphics allowed for a full-colour print customized with Dulux Paints' branding images while providing solar protection. By covering the entire windows, the partial wall inside was effectively concealed, while still permitting light to filter into the store and maintaining visibility from the inside out. The perforated design of the graphics ensured that branding was visible to passersby while offering the added advantage of solar protection. This solution not only met Dulux Paints' requirements but also enhanced the store's visual appeal and branding effectiveness.

The Outcome

Windsor Window Imaging successfully installed 300 square feet of Dulux Paints' branded material on the storefront windows, significantly elevating the store's visual curb appeal. The installation took approximately 4-5 hours with minimal disruption to the business. The window space was effectively utilized for branding and advertising, with eye-catching branding images now greeting passersby and enhancing Dulux Paints' presence in the area. The solar protection provided by the film also increases comfort for the staff and customers.

The added bonus of the 3M Perforated Graphics is that it can easily be switched out when needed, ensuring that Dulux Paints can adapt its storefront graphics as required.
